Here is the recipe for the soft spoon tart with 60% pistachio cream

Ingredients (for a 22cm mould):
• 120 g of 00 flour
• 120 g of melted butter
• 120 g of sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla baking powder
• 2 whole eggs
60% Sciara pistachio cream

Method:
Melt the butter and mix it, once cold, with the sifted flour and yeast and then with the sugar.
Add the two eggs previously beaten separately with a fork (there is no need to use an electric or planetary whisk).
Fill a buttered and floured (or lined with baking paper) 22cm cake tin with the mixture and then pour spoonfuls of the Pistachio Cream on top, leaving some space between one and the other.
Bake at 180° for 30 minutes in a static oven.
Once cold, fill the holes with more Pistachio Cream.
